This Intellectual Property Policy explains how Nymiqae treats intellectual property rights in connection with the use of its platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.
1. Ownership of Platform Content
All content made available through the Nymiqae platform, including but not limited to lecture materials, course structures, written texts, graphics, audio recordings, video recordings, illustrations, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Nymiqae or its licensed content contributors. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and related rights.
No content from the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of Nymiqae or the respective rights holder.
2. Trademarks and Brand Identity
The name Nymiqae, its logo, and any associated brand elements are trademarks of Nymiqae. These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with Nymiqae, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Nymiqae.
All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on the platform belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the platform does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Nymiqae.
3. User-Submitted Content
3.1 Ownership by Users
You retain ownership of any original content you submit, upload, or otherwise contribute to the platform, such as comments, responses, or materials shared during interactive sessions. By submitting content, you grant Nymiqae a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
3.2 Representations and Warranties
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that content or have obtained all necessary permissions to submit it, and that your submission does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
3.3 Prohibited Submissions
You must not submit content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party. Nymiqae reserves the right to remove any content that, in its sole discretion, is believed to violate third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Licence to Use Platform Services
Nymiqae grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicence, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform or its content.
Any use of the platform beyond the scope of this licence requires the prior written authorisation of Nymiqae.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action:
Copying, scraping, or systematically downloading platform content for redistribution or commercial use.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the platform.
Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Using platform content to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning systems without explicit written consent.

6.2 Counter-Notices
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same contact address. Nymiqae will evaluate counter-notices and respond in accordance with its internal review process.
7. Third-Party Content and Links
The platform may contain references or links to third-party content, tools, or websites.
